Nutrition Response Testing®

Whether you feel great or have some lingering health challenges, our Nutrition Response Testing® will assess for underlying stress (pre-disease/functional illness). We’ll then create a personalized clinical nutrition plan and strategy to get your body repairing and healing using whole food nutrition concentrates and dietary and lifestyle recommendations. This is called Functional Nutrition or Clinical Nutrition, as it seeks to identify the root causes for chronic health challenges, as well as optimize your good health even if you’re not experiencing symptoms. In fact, the root cause for most chronic conditions has to do with getting the proper quality and right amount of needed nutrients or “building blocks”.

What is Nutrition Response Testing®?

Nutrition Response Testing® is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body to determine underlying stress and non-optimum health.
The actual procedure is simple and direct, using muscle testing, with the body providing all the neurological feedback needed. The body responds to the procedure reliably and consistently, using all the extraordinary properties of the human cells and tissues to bring about healing and health changes.

What are we testing for?

We’re testing your body’s neurological reflexes. These reflexes are the body’s way of telling us what and how your nervous system is doing. The nervous system regulates the body’s functions for each and every organ. Testing will asses your major organs and glands. We’re also able to identify if any of the 5 most common stressors show up that can hinder your ability to heal:
  • Common food sensitivities
  • Chemical toxicity
  • Metal toxicity
  • Immune challenges
  • Scars on the surface of the body
These findings are then analyzed and your personal health program is designed.

How do we get the body’s reflex information?

Electrical energy flows between all areas and organs of the body. This is how your nervous system communicates and controls the body’s functions. These flows can become disrupted for a variety of reasons (i.e., physical, chemical or emotional stressors). This disruption is what we are testing.
We’ll conduct a full body scan of your major organs and glands at your initial assessment, identifying negatively affected areas.
The analysis is made with a simple muscle test of your extended arm while applying a gentle pressure upon each organ and gland. If we come across a stressed area the arm will not be able to “lock” neurologically. This indicates an underlying stress or dysfunction in that area which may be adversely affecting your health.
Once the underlying cause of the dysfunction is corrected using proper nutrition, the non-locking muscle response in your arm will now lock.

How soon will I see improvement?

Although every person is different, we often hear enthusiastic feedback from practice members in as little as 4-6 weeks. The fastest recoveries are from those who most closely follow their recommended program.

What can I expect from the program?

Generally, chronic health challenges do not suddenly develop overnight. They develop over years of improper nutrition, environmental toxins, medication use and unhealthy lifestyle habits. All of which cause nutritional deficiencies and imbalances that become chronic health problems.
Therefore, the sooner and more thoroughly you get started on your program, the sooner you will start to see results. Your program of clinical nutrition is designed to correct your specific nutritional deficiencies. While on the program, it is essential you make changes to the old habits and routines that contributed to your current condition. The coaching portion of the program will provide nutrition and wellness education and help guide you in making the changes necessary to achieve maximum results.
Full and dedicated commitment to the program is what will restore you to optimum health, vitality and well being. We’re playing the long game here. This is not a quick “fix”.

What are my chances for recovery?

Nutrition Response Testing® has been successfully applied for nearly 2 decades to tens of thousands of people with a wide variety of often chronic, long-term health conditions by hundreds of Doctors and Practitioners across the United States and Canada. In our practice alone, we have seen amazing results with the ones we’ve been honored to help. Your initial visit and evaluation will determine whether you are a Nutrition Response Testing® candidate. If you are, then you will be on the road to improvement.

How often will I have to come in?

You will start the first phase of your customized program called the “Fine-Tuning” phase with weekly visits for your first 6 weeks where you should see some improvement in your health. You will then receive a re-exam to determine whether you are ready to move to the “Healing and Observation” phase, which your visits will move to once every two weeks for the next 12 weeks. During this phase more healing should take place and additional pieces of your total health picture will be revealed and addressed. Many times after these initial 12 visits a great deal of improvement has been made and you will see a significant reduction in negative symptoms and subsequent improvement in your overall health. Depending on your body’s rate of healing and your ability to make the changes necessary, you will either need another “Healing and Observation” phase or if all is going well you could be moved onto the “Maintenance Phase” where your visits will move out to monthly, bi-monthly and then quarterly. During this phase your commitment will deepen as you will have experienced many significant health improvements. Ongoing, we will continue to monitor your progress and adjust your program as needed.

How much will it cost?

Our pricing is simple and straightforward. Your initial assessment is $229.00. Subsequent visits are $95.00. Whole food supplements will average $150-300 per month, depending on your program and current health challenges. Usually more supplements are needed as you get started, then as your diet and lifestyle improve with time and commitment, you’ll require less and less.
